Construction of multi-residential complex “Hausmann’s Terrace”, Riga, Stirnu Str. 20

     In Riga’s one of the most charming, convenient and family-friendly district Purvciems, surrounded by lime trees, a brand-new and modern living space “Hausmann’s Terrace” is being built.

     The complex consists of 2 blocks and offers to their future owners 84 spacious and up-to-date apartments. Developer and Main contractor of the project is Bonava Latvija. However, JSC “BMGS” carries out current soil densification and implementation of pile fields, that consists of 335 pile units, reaching length of 9 m and diameter of 380 mm.

     The name of the complex goes back to Hausmann’s swamp that used to be located nearby, therefore symbolizing geographical proximity to the capital’s center and calmness of the neighborhood simultaneously.
