Customer: Riga City Council Traffic Department

The bridge across the Buļļupe was the first new bridge built in Latvia after the restoration of independence. Prior to this, some bridges had only been renovated.

To fulfill the Riga City Council Traffic Department order BMGS and Skonto Būve joined forces and created a partnership "BMGS S".

The new Buļļupe Bridge is 179 meters long and 18 meters wide. The height from the average water level to the beams is 7 meters.

The bridge has two traffic lanes in each direction and a 3-meters wide pavement and there is a provision for bicycle lanes on each side.
