Multifunctional residential complex Penninglanded 1

     On September 4th, 2017, JSC “BMGS” commenced construction works of a multifunctional residential complex Penninglanded 1 in a newbuilt district Hagerneholm. In residential complex, there will be 190 flats and total construction area stretches over 14 500 m2, including 2 000 m2 for underground parking place. The project consists of 4 buildings, with a height of 10 and 6 floors. Between each other, buildings are connected with pedestrian bridges and underground parking.

     Within the framework of the project, JSC “BMGS” performs not only the construction of the complex, but design, manufacturing, delivery and assembly of steel and reinforced concrete structures – walls, columns, beams, prestressed slabs, filigree panels, staircase elements, balconies - as well.
