Multi-residential complex Snäckgärdsbaden

     On the Swedish island Gotland in Visby JSC “BMGS” performs the construction of multi-residential complex "Snäckgärdsbaden 2" and "Snäckgärdsbaden 3". “Snäckgärdsbaden 2” consists of three buildings in which 35 apartments are located. "Snäckgärdsbaden 3" instead consists of one 5-storey building with 27 apartments. The complex includes not only parking spot and bicycle parking, but also outdoor swimming pool. Total area of buildings - 2290 m2. Each apartment has a balcony with a spectacular view on the sea. For the object "Snäckgärdsbaden 2" total duration of the installation work is 18 weeks, for "Snäckgärdsbaden 3" – 14 weeks.

The project is being implemented using JSC “BMGS” products - “sandwich” type wall panels, reinforced concrete wall panels, pre-stressed massive slabs and hollow core slabs.
