Multifunctional residential complex „Brf Nya Parken 1” located in Norrkoping, Sweden

Project „Brf Nya Parken 1” located in Norrkoping, Sweden, is constructed for the Swedish contractor „Hokerum Bygg” in the period 24.11.2014 – 15.08.2015. The strucutre takes place on the area of 4000m2 and includes 7 staircases from 5 to 8 floors in each. Structuraly, the building consist of prefabricated concrete „Sandwich” walls produced on the JSC "BMGS” factoires in Riga and Ventspils. For the slabs, pre-tensioned hollow core slabs were used. In addition, various prefabricated facade elements were used in the project, such as facade elements with the pattern and elements casted against the pattern matrix. Overall duration of the cunstruction works is 35 weeks.
