Apartment house with underground parking Kv.Alnen

The project of a multi-storey apartment house with underground parking Kv.Alnen is being implemented in Linköping, Sweden, 200 km from Stockholm. The building was designed in accordance with the highest energy efficiency requirements. Total living area - 14 000 m2, area of utility rooms and parking – 3 000 m2. The building consists of precast concrete elements and semi-monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. For insulation of external walls, the new generation material on the basis of polyurethane has been used.
