In the period from March 3, 2014 to February 14, 2015 JSC BMGS carried out the construction of multifunctional residential complex Liljekonvaljen in Stockholm for SKANSKA Sverige AB. The total construction area of more than 20 000 m2, consisting of 144 apartments, underground parking, restaurants and shops.
The range of work included in JSC BMGS services was design, production of elements, delivery and assembly of precast concrete elements, such as:
- Onelayer and twolayer wall elements;
- Columns;
- Beams;
- Hollow core slabs;
- Filigree slabs;
- Stair elements;
- Balconies;
All the works were carried out ahead of schedule for 2 months and at high quality level.
